3. Payments & Refunds
- Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply.
- Refunds: if less than 20% of content is completed and requested within 14 days. Some exclusions may apply.
- Third-party processors handle payment details; we do not store full card numbers.
4. Course Access
Seats are assigned to individuals. Sharing login details or redistributing content is prohibited. We may provide downloadable checklists for personal use.
5. Acceptable Use
- Follow applicable codes and laws; verify local amendments.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering.
- No harassment, discrimination, or unsafe practices in discussions or submissions.
6. Intellectual Property
We own or license all course materials. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access content for personal professional development.

Courses are educational. We provide no warranties about specific outcomes, inspections, or revenue. Always follow safety protocols.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediavra PlumbCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
